Mrs. Hema Venkit is the founder Director and Promoter of VH Consultancy Services Private Limited. After completing Graduation on Commerce & Administration, she has worked with various corporates before commencing VH Consultancy & is fully involved in the day to day affairs of the company.

Mr. Vinod Venkitachalam

Mr. Vinod Venkitachalam is a qualified Chartered Accountant since 2004. Prior to association with VH Consultancy Services Private Limited, he was Vice President at Goldman Sachs in Financial Risk Management & Analysis for 13 years. Vinod was primarily based out of Bangalore, Karnataka, India, and has held global roles in New York, London and Hong Kong as part of his career at Goldman Sachs.

Ms. Varsha Venkit

Ms. Varsha Venkit is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a Director of the Company. She possesses extensive expertise in Company Law, Taxation, Project Consultancy, and FEMA Compliance.

Mr. M. K. Suresh

Mr. U. S. Kutty

Mr. Kutty joined Sobhagya Advertising Services in 1980 after taking graduation in Advertising. He handled 48 Initial Public Offers (IPOs) and managed Advertising and PR for Government of Kerala and various corporates. Recently he was elected as Secretary General of Public Relations Council of India (PRCI).
